Job Openings
Lead Electrician
Location: Shenandoah Valley and surrounding areas
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
- Perform electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in residential and light commercial settings, including wiring, panel upgrades, lighting, and troubleshooting.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and electrical schematics.
- Conduct regular inspections of completed work to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure clear communication and efficient project execution.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure professional development.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.
- Prepare project reports and documentation as required.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
- Valid electrician license in Virginia (not required).
- DPOR (Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation) license.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and/or light commercial electrical work.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to train and supervise inexperienced crew members.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, tools, and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Commitment to workplace safety and professional standards.
- Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces, heights, and outdoor environments.
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and crouching.

HVAC Installer

Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems (heating, cooling, and ventilation) in residential and commercial buildings.
- Work with a team to complete installation projects on time and to customer specifications.
- Maintain high standards of quality and safety during installations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role.
- Ability to work with a team and handle complex installation tasks.
- EPA certification and other relevant licenses (preferred).
- Ability to work efficiently and independently in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
HVAC Technician
Location: Shenandoah Valley and surrounding areas
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units.
- Provide maintenance services to ensure HVAC systems are running efficiently.
- Communicate with customers to assess their needs and explain solutions.
- Keep accurate records of service calls, repairs, and maintenance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician.
- EPA certification and relevant licenses.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Customer service-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
New Construction Lead Plumber
Location: Shenandoah Valley and surrounding areas
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience ($52,000 – $62,000)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead to ensure projects are executed on time and within budget.
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems in residential and light commercial settings, including pipes, fixtures, water heaters, and drainage systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and plumbing schematics.
- Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing codes and safety regulations.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and vehicles in good working order.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and ensure professional development.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client questions and concerns.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
- Valid plumbing license in Virginia or ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential and/or light commercial plumbing work.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Ability to train and supervise inexperienced crew members.
- Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and materials.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
- Commitment to workplace safety and professional standards.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces, heights, and outdoor environments.
- Capable of lifting heavy equipment and materials (up to 50 pounds).
- Prolonged periods of standing, kneeling, and crouching.
